Risk analyst. London. 25. Single, no kids.
💭 Financial goals:
Short term (1-5 years): Buy a house, start a financial coaching platform and travel to Asia. Get married and have a "my big fat Nigerian Wedding"
Medium term (5-10 years): Save for kids and another house.
Long term (10 years +): Live comfortably, and have a growing pension fund.
🌟 Best buy ever: Pair of Gianvito Rossi heel's in the Net-a-porter sale.
😳 Worst buy ever: A pair of Christian Louboutin's.
👀 Things you spend the most money on: Travel including car expenses AND a monthly travel card and food.
💸 Salary / Income: £43,000
💰 Net worth (what you own vs what you owe, or your assets minus your debts): £6,000.
💻 Any side hustles: None, thinking of a master plan. Occasionally sell items on depop.
👛 Savings: I save 45% of my salary and split it up by an easy access saving account, a Lifetime ISA and a General Investment Account (GIA).
🏠 Home: No yet, but planning to buy in the next two years. Although I was born and raised in London I'll be buying just outside within the commuter belt.
🔦 Debt: Student loan debt. I have credit cards but pay the full statement every month.
📈 Investing: I invest through robo-advisor and shares in my current company and previous company.
😌 Pension: Yes, employers pension.
🔮 Insurances: Yes, car insurance.
⚡ What is money for you? Being free to support myself and others without feeling restricted.
🚀 What is financial independence for you? Not being dependent on individuals to support my lifestyle.
THANK YOU!
