Medium term (5-10 years): Generous savings bucket and reduce mortgage.
Long term (10 years +): Start own business and come out of the corporate world.
🌟 Best buy ever: Our flat - getting on the property ladder after years of saving.
😳 Worst buy ever: Juicer - £100ish - used for a week 4 years ago.
👀 Things you spend the most money on: Food for sure!
😌 Pension: Yes.
🔮 Insurances: Car & flat Contents.
💸 Salary / Income: £52k.
💰 Net worth (what you own vs what you owe, or your assets minus your debts): £47,000.
💻 Any side hustles: No.
👛 Savings: £14,000 in bank account and Stocks & Shares ISA. I budget each month and move money into savings the day I am paid.
🏠 Home: Yes - about to put on the market to buy a house.
🔦 Debt: None - I paid my final Student loan payment in July 2020!!! BEST.FEELING.EVER.
📈 Investing: Basic pension contribution through work + Stocks & Shares ISA.
⚡ What is money for you? Independence.
🚀 What is financial independence for you? Not having to use my credit card to get through the month.
